“Manager” Travis ripped off my 78 year old grandmother by selling her highly overpriced wiper blades with a “lifetime warranty” and being quite rude/ condescending to her during the process. How can someone feel so easy about taking advantage of elderly people, instead of treating her with kindness and patience he choose to have a bad attitude with customer experience. Will be reporting to better business bureau

I needed to get a new battery for my car and the store manager was literally not helpful at all, from my previous experiences at other Locations I remember the employees installed the battery but this guy was rude and insisted it’s not their job, he just seemed like he did not want to help at all the worst experience!!!! Don’t take a job if you won’t provide good customer service !!! Stay at home !!!!! Or hire better people

Never had a bad experience at any of the different ones I've been to. Their products have been better than any other parts places.

This place is always great. They have super friendly service people... Tiffany and Daniel are always a huge help.

The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. When I walked in all three employees had several people in line but they cleared them out fast. I don't know if this was a fluke but I was impressed. They tested my battery and confirmed it was dead. The website had the batteries on sale so I stepped out in the parking lot and ordered one and they had it picked and ready to go in just a couple minutes. I would recommend this O'Reilly's.
