Huge shoutout to Braxton at the O’Reilly Auto Parts in Glenpool — he’s the real MVP! 🙌 I came in right before closing needing a headlight bulb, and not only did he take the time to help me out, but he actually paid for the bulb himself and installed it on the spot. You don’t find customer service like that anymore! Super grateful for his kindness and going above and beyond. Give this man a raise! 👏👏👏

They’ve got what you need for auto, even if they have to order it. They have a couple gentleman that really seem to resent having to work with the public and really, really hate their jobs. Then there’s the really helpful guy who will follow you around the store making sure you have everything and also making sure your not helping yourself to merchandise. He’s followed me more than once when all I needed was some oil. And the rest of the staff are indifferent, though they do have more facial expressions than “scowl” and “grumpy“. Less expensive than the “other” big auto parts dealer close by.

This location went above and beyond to help me in a really tough situation. JJ and Josh were incredible and made me a very proud customer. I had bought a battery at one of their locations out of state and when it came time to use the warranty, I found out they didn’t put in my information correctly. Luckily with the info I had and their determination, we were able to get it resolved pretty quickly and without me being made to feel like a bother. They owned the mistake that wasn’t even theirs and made it right! That’s customer service at its finest!

Employees are very nice here. They help you and don't look down on you if you're still learning. Instead, they give good knowledge and advice. So much so I made this my store. By the time I am done, my car will be bumper to bumper lifetim warranty O'Reilly's.
