O'Reilly Auto Parts

I am 62, single and retired. I went to Orielly’s for AC parts. Bruce was the service man who helped me and HE WENT FAR BEYOND what I am sure is required. I would recommend this location to everyone. I can’t thank you enough BRUCE for all your help. You are amazing!!!

Bought a caliper and had it sent to this store. The guy behind the counter was cool, he said my caliper came with the bracket as well. I didn't have the bracket at the time, I gave him my caliper for the core, got my core money and went home to take the bracket off the car. Took it back and the deal was done. They trusted me to bring the bracket back, with my word of I promise. Great place to get parts for my 90s car. Autozone didn't have the part I needed, so great job

Tonight, I went to O'Reilly Auto Parts in Graham. I was concerned about the amount of oil my car might need. David was so thorough. He took the time to go above & beyond, checking different areas of my car engine. I was so grateful that he took the time to do this.

Horrible service. I walked in no one spoke to me all were playing on their phones. I had to ask for help And still didn't get much help. I went to autozone Auto Parts and got much better service and help than I ever do from O'Reilly's. Never again will I go here
