O'Reilly Auto Parts

I’m really disappointed with my experience at Riley’s Auto Parts in Granbury. Their website clearly states that they will swap a battery out for customers, but when we came in today the employee told us he could sell us a battery but would not install it. He was also rude during the entire interaction, which made the experience even worse. If a service is advertised on the website, customers should be able to rely on it. Because of the attitude and refusal to honor what their own site says, we ended up taking our business elsewhere. Management needs to be aware of how customers are being treated.

Their battery warranties are despicable on the trash brand they sell. 1st one dead in 11 months, second 2 years and 1 month. If you need your money to last, this is not the place. Your gonna pay 3 fold any pennies you think your saving here.

They were amazing here the gentleman here really help us out and everyone was amazing thank you O'Reilly for being there

Nice people willing to help but wow the prices of batteries has skyrocketed!

These guys are very helpful and don't mind explaining things I need help understanding!!
