Beyond impressed with the help & service we received today!! My daughter’s car wouldn’t start, we were pretty sure it was the battery. Antonio helped us test the battery & it was faulty. But from the photo we brought in, he could tell that a sensor had also broken off of the charging cable. He helped us get a new battery, and cable, and even helped us know the right size tools to re-install it. He helped carry the heavy battery to the car. We would have been lost without his help. And he didn’t make us feel stupid!! (Even though we were really out of our depth.) And we got her car working great!! Thank you!!!

Max saved our road trip!! Not only did he help me find the parts I needed, but he also came out to my van, looked under the hood, and helped me fix it! We’re 3500km into a road trip, with double that still to go, and my auxiliary battery in my van had stopped charging. I’m working remotely so no charge = no internet = can’t work. I feel awful that I didn’t have cash to tip him, Max deserves a raise, and lots of good karma coming his way soon! THANK YOU MAX!

Tested my battery. It was a little low at 12.48 v. The alternator was good. The dealership bumped the dome light and left it on That's what drained the battery. It turns out the battery was bad. Over the weekend we didn't drive my wife's car. It was completely dead Monday morning. They happily swapped out the battery under warranty.

I just want to give a GIANT shoutout to Andres for doing everything he could to help us troubleshoot my issues with my Kia Soul. Although nothing could’ve been fixed since I didn’t find out until the day after my visit the issue is internal, he walked us through every possibility and didn’t make us feel like we were just dollar signs. You’ve got a good employee on your hands here!
