As a single mom I was stressed to take it anywhere because I was worried I would get screwed over and lied to, then be stuck because I had to have it towed. Ross was recommended to me by a Co-worker. They were great. They assessed it (for a very low price) and called me right away to let me know the issue with an exact quote on price, which was within the estimated prices I found online. They were able to finish it same day and even called me to let me know it was due for an oil change and that it was included in the price. I will take my vehicles back there with no hesitation.

I just moved to grantsville in June and had some issues with my familys SUV I've never trusted mechanic but had no choice due to the work needed. These guys are incredible the shop is super clean and the front lady megan is awesome and friendly. They will give you options depending on your budget and the turn around is pretty quick. If I ever have any car issues I'm the future I will definitely be taking my vehicles here.

I took my Ford F150 to Ross Automotive because the A/C was no longer blowing cold air. They were able to diagnosis and confirm that the compressor needed to be replaced. We decided to proceed with them as we were quoted $400 less than two different shops in Tooele. Once the part was received, they had it done that same day. Unfortunately, a week after the repair, my truck started doing the same thing and was no longer blowing cold air. As frustrating as it was, I did realize it was beyond their control and no fault of the shops, things happen. I took it back to them with the obvious concern that I would need to shell out even more money on an already expensive repair to get it working again.
