I will agree with a review I saw here about Joedy. Definitely not a people person and someone you want working a parts counter. I wasn’t acknowledged walking in or asked if I needed help finding anything, but at least he answered a question I had.

Stopped by O’Reilly’s to get a code pulled on my truck. The guy came out and got the job done quickly, so that part was a win. He did give off a strong ‘you’re delaying my smoke break’ vibe—lit one up the second we were done—so I’m not sure if I personally annoyed him, or if I just showed up at the wrong moment. Either way, the service itself was fine and I left with the info I needed, just without the warm and fuzzy customer-service glow that I'm used to from them.

Always liked coming here for parts until I met Joedy. Heard multiple people ask him how he’s doing and flat out ignores them. Dismissive, rude and combative. He needs to be let go. Or put in the back.

I loved the guys here until I was there before they opened a few mins early one day waiting to make a return and a very rude employee proceeded to call law enforcement about some drunk people outside the establishment. Granted I was with an older friend and was being silly trying to embarrass her and I could see how he'd probably viewed it but instead of understanding he threw my money at me and called me inaccurate derogatory names. I then called the main office and never heard back.

Didn’t get to catch the names of the two men that helped me this evening came through town three hours to go and had to replace a carrier bearing and these two fellas helped me get new u joints installed on the driveshaft and made sure it was done properly. We can’t thank you guys enough!!! Not many people out there these days will go out of there way to lend a hand and there knowledge!
