Yesterday, I took my father to go get some parts for his truck tire rods etc and he was a bit loud, rude and very demanding. I got so embarrassed but I just wanted to share that Maria and Steven kept their professionalism and remained calm and respectful. I apologized he had been dealing with the truck, had not ate all darn day and he gets “Hangry” at 70yrs old. (Omg) Anyhow, customer service for me goes a long way and it shows that Oreillys Team cares about their customer. Just because someone is having a bad day, the stay calm and collective about it and work quickly to help a customer out and give recommendations on how to make it more time efficient by getting the right parts. My dad only wanted one part but it was recommended for him to take the entire new piece because precision was

Gabriel, the manager, was very unwelcoming and rude. I went in to buy new brake pads to replace my old ones. I was told there would be a $15 price difference since they didn’t have the same brand under my warranty (which I was fine with), but it ended up being $30 more. When we asked about the price difference, he said, “I’m not a calculator, I was just giving an estimate,” without ever clarifying beforehand that it was only an estimate. I understand that prices can change over time, but the way he handled it was completely disrespectful. What really bothered me is that he only mentioned it was an estimate after the purchase was made instead of clarifying it upfront. I would not recommend going to him. By the way he was speaking to his employee makes me think he also treats them like crap.

I’ve been using this store for over 20 years with a commercial account. The mgr,commercial associate,and all workers have always been top notch. Before you decide on another store due to some reviews,take into consideration the entitlement and lack of patience of modern society. The store and people are great and although there is a store closer to me,I will always continue to use this one!

I had to write this review because what Jonathan at the O’Reilly’s store @ 4011 E Belknap St in Haltom City was just beyond amazing to me. I’m suffering financially like you would not believe. I only had $13 to my name and I don’t get paid for another 5 days but the battery in my key fob was dead and I had to have another one & to buy one would have cost me $14, I didn’t have it. But Jonathan remembered that someone had left one there and he had been waiting a long time for them to come back and they hadn’t so he gave it to me. It was such a blessing. I know everyone is thinking it’s just a key fob, but it’s more than that. It was so kind and it was such a blessing to me. I thank Jesus, that he was the one that helped me today. He’s just amazing.
