Kyle was so helpful! Give this man a raise. He went above and beyond to help us get back on the road. We would’ve been stuck in Hays until the shop opened on Monday if it weren’t for his help.

O Reilly as a whole is a good parts store with accommodating hours and well stocked. My total disappointment is with 1 counter sales person. Very sarcastic and uneducated !! Today the manager witnessed it and said it was my fault 🤷‍♂️ very disappointed in Damon. Other two counter personnel have always been very helpful in the past and knowledgeable. Pay should be based on Customer Satisfaction !!! One bad employee can cost a business 💰

I had a great experience at O’Reilly! Another store told me that my most expensive headlight was out, but when I came to O’Reilly, they checked it and found out it was actually my cheaper light that needed replacing. After I bought the new bulb, they fixed it for me right there in less than five minutes! Their honesty, knowledge, and quick service saved me money and made the whole process so easy. Highly recommend!

We stopped here on our way to Denver as a piece of our car had fallen off.! Peter was extremely helpful. He got down on the ground with my husband and looked at what needed to be repaired, Told us how to fix it until we got the real part And just A great help all in all. He should get a raise.
