O'Reilly Auto Parts

This past week I came to the store with a problem with my car. I had only visited the store one other time. Shannon was a great help. While helping others and directing other activities, she quickly knew what was needed. And while the store was busy she was friendly, personable, and professional! She is an asset to the store. I also want to commend Patrice, who though not helping me, was eager to help other customers and did so with a smile.

I was pulling at 15 minutes before closing because I work late and i already payed for the part just needed to pick it up and as I’m pulling in and employee locks the door and turns open sign light off with Still 15 minutes before closing so I knock just trying to get my part I need for work the next day

It's hard to get them on the phone got a lot of lazy workers in there there's about only 1 good 1 that does work there but when he isn't in if you can get them on the phone they will send wrong parts but like I said the majority of the workers on the front are lazy don't know what your talking about once asked about a part only time I can do dealing with them is when that one guy is there but once he's retired they might as well shut the doors up on that place

Wow these folks actually want you to be a return customer. Luis went beyond what was nessecery to do a good job,better treatment than I've gotten at the other local places,hell they even had the parts I needed. 5 at-a-boy stars OOPS ,they have dropped the ball,service has went away,say they order parts that don't come even they swear it will be there ,he'll you can't even get them to answer the phone .O'Reilly why is your Corporate phone just never ending loop? This now sucks go somewhere else. New management fell down!!!

This would be a great store if the assistant manager Doug (I think that's his name) did not work there or treated the customers better. He is very rude and acts like its an inconvenience for him if you need to return something or need help finding something. Me and my husband use O'Reilly a lot but are considering going somewhere else. All the other employees are great just not him.
