We got stuck an hour away from home on our way to pigeon forge when our car started misfiring on the highway. We went to 6 places looking for a rental or a mechanic. We finally came across this particular O’Reilly’s and Vic helped us look and see what the potential issue was. He was able to walk us through the process and we are very appreciative of him, his kindness, and patience. Thank you Vic you have no clue what you mean to our family.

In the midst of the castrophic events of Helene, this store and its' associates are beyond Stellar. I have used other parts stores in the past, and O'Reilly is my go to from now on. Gen sets and cabling were handled professionally and efficiently. Plus 2 cases of bottled water. This store was beyond customer focused and helpful. 25 Stars are not enough.
