O'Reilly Auto Parts

O'Reilly auto parts store is fantastic 👌 staff super friendly and very helpful, they even put in a bulb for my headlight in my car, seems like they go out of their way to make their customers happy 😊

Went in the hillsboro store, two helping a guy with his brake pads, I'm left standing for ten minutes just needing to know where something was, and was completely ignored. Turned around and left. Sad.

An excellent crew, and they always help me! This is the only parts place I will go! The prices are reasonable and the people are excellent!

My husband walked out and left his windshield wiper at the counter. The worker who waited on him, stepped aside to talk to other customers and ignored my husband who was ready to check out at that moment. My husband rarely gets upset. We left and went to AutoZone across the street ..in and out in a flash!! We will never go back to O'Reilly's.

I had selected an economy set of wiper blades. The man at the counter offered to look up the proper set for my truck. I agreed. He found that the set would fit my application, but offered me an option that saved me money. That's great service!
