Had a super dead battery. They actually sent someone to go get it from another store because they had told us it was available (in terrible weather, I must add). They swapped them out and my car is running great.

I had great help from Diego today while getting my battery replaced in my car. It was somewhat difficult to get out and extremely cold, yet Diego helped me the entire time, and we got it done. Great service, thanks guys!

One of this location employee, had helped reinstalling a new battery in a 15 degree weather after a previous one had an unknown issue, persuaded to use their tools instead, and answered all of the questions that were asked. Service was completed as alright overall. Glad that they have a long time warranty on car batteries whenever you need them replaced at a bad time or switched if you only had them for less than a few years bought at O’Riellys! Overall good experience.

My engine light was on & I came to store #1503 & DIEGO was super HELPFUL AGAIN!!!!! He came out with the code reader & solved my issue & printed off the info needed to take to my mechanic. EVERY TIME I've come in, HE'S GONE ABOVE & BEYOND HIS JOB & IS SUPER HELPFUL & FRIENDLY!!! PLEASE SHARE THIS REVIEW WITH HIM. He's a HUGE asset to your company & I can't thank him enough!!!!! I'd give him 10 *'s, but it only lets me give up to 5*'s.THANK YOU DIEGO SOOOO MUCH! Nissan Murano lady :)

Noah was very helpful and extremely accommodating! I needed a new battery for my car and he was more than willing to help; with great recommendations and he helped with installation as well. Great team member you have there!
