Great customer service and great fair prices

O'Reilly's is great overall, especially the lifetime warranty, it's hot out miss on the employees I stay away from Cork Street and go to Gull road or Westnege Ave.

They were able to order a $2.65 part. They ask for my phone number so I would be NOTIFIED when it comes in. I waited and finally called to check on the part. Yes the part is in. I go in 2 days to pick it up and they already sent the part back. They it took up a whole square centimeter in the store. They !NEVER! called to let me know it was in. I got there when I could after calling and confirming that the part was there. 2 days was all. Why did they send it back 2 days after I called to confirm the order. They wouldn't let me pay at the time of ordering. WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE???? I USED TO USE O'REILLY'S ALL THE TIME. They lost a customer for life. West Airport road O'Reilly's location.

I was camping at lake Ouachita and my wheel bearing gave out on Saturday afternoon. Called around and they had one in stock. The employee I talked with said he would stick around for awhile after closing to make sure I get the part. I made it before 1 hour before closing and he had the bearing assembly sitting on the self behind the counter.

Stopped by for a minor problem on our Tahoe that we couldn’t fix while 2 1/2 hours from home. The guys were extremely helpful. Mike and P.J. did everything they could to get us fixed up and back on the road. Mike even climbed under our vehicle and fixed the issue for us. We noticed while at the store they knew most customers that walked in and called them by name. Awesome, super friendly guys, the epitome of southern hospitality. Definitely recommend using this store!
