I was assisted by Pedro today. He was very kind and very helpful. As he was helping me with my car he also took the time to explain what he was doing step by step. The young man who directed me to Pedro was also very kind. Both men were so very helpful and explained everything to me with patience. The few times I have been here I have actually been presented with great customer service from everyone.

Went to the O’Reillys on Pipeline in Hurst today and could not have been more pleased with the service I received from Carlos. He was very kind and trustworthy and very knowledgable on cars. He provides the kind of service that makes customers want to come back. Thank you Carlos!

I wanted to write a quick review for Pedro who works at the Precinct Line in Ft. Worth location. Kindest man and he took the time to show me and my son how to properly change a battery. He did all of the appropriate testing (battery and alternator) to make sure I really needed a battery and checked again after the install. Just want to write a quick note to say "thank you" and that your kindness and patience was appreciated.

Carlos is a very good and knowledgeable man. He went way above and beyond to help me. I will not go to any other auto suppliers other than O'Reilly. Carlos, at your Hurst, Texas store is personally responsible for making me completely loyal to O'Reilly. The man should get a raise!

Came in with so many questions and needed help my battery. Heather was so patient, answered my questions with out making me feel dumb. Wish the Honda dealerships each had her clone. She's a gem!
