After spending $567 dollars in an alternator, was not in stock, wait 4 hrs to get it. Left a battery charging at the time I bought the part and told me the battery was going to be ready at 4:00, went to pick up the part and the battery was not. I told them that I was told was going to be ready and now their was 2 batteries before mine to be charge. The person on front desk told me that he can give me the battery and go someplace else…I was very mad at that point. But never will go there again. That’s one of the main reason stores go out of business. Last time there.

Quickly went in bought a battery and came back a few days later to return the core.

I truly appreciate employee Kevin he was such a life saver today, when I thought I was doomed he came out and helped me by assisting me with my auto issue .. Thank You so much.

Went in for a headlight and they helped me out, not by just installing it for me (it wasn’t much to install) but by also calling me the next day to make sure everything is working properly!!! They have great customer service along with a clean store. They’re willing to help without rushing on their customers:) I didn’t get the guys name the day of purchase which he was also very helpful. But the call came in from Luis to check in!!!

Man every time we walk into this store your greeted and they are quick to help you with anything you need, and 100% of the time I've called other stores if they have a part for a 2015 or newer the other stores won't have it but they do. It's nice that someone finally came into Immokalee with good service
