I had a great experience! Jeffrey was so great to work with. I had a problem with my lift gate on my trunk and he worked with me until we solved the problem. And he was as excited as me when we got it fixed!! He was awesome!!

Shout out to my man, Bob! My family and I were headed out of town when our car began to smoke. Without me asking, Bob came outside thoroughly checked the engine block for leaks, loose hoses, etc and he eventually found that a bag was sucked up and stuck between my grill and radiator. He went back in, grabbed a tool off of the shelf and pried it out. He and his colleague (sorry didn't catch his name) were both genuinely concerned and kind to my family as we waited. We got some comp'd branded foldable screw holders, bought some Hot Wheels and hit the road. Hope in customer service is thus restored! Thanks guys!

A gentlemen Alem helped us out with our battery. We left the lights on, but he was able to charge the battery FOR FREE while also pricing out new batteries for us for the future. I always do all my shopping at this O'Reilly's! Thanks fam

I Had to replace a faulty battery. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Battery replacement was quick and easy. Thanks guys!!!!!
