Goodafternoon, I just received the most outstanding customer service at 14185 Beach Blvd O'Reilly Employee Donald. This is the 2nd occasion of me interacting with Donald and both times he showed professionalism, attention to my car issue and after over an hour my Battery / Alternator issue was resolved. Donald was very knowledgeable and installed my battery that was in a '2015 Mercedes under the passenger seat which took time and scratches on his hands. He didn't have to do that. Donald is a great asset to you all and goes above and beyond with making his customers feel noticed and appreciated. I'll frequent this store with any auto needs that may arise. TY

Alsolutely love this location of O'Reillys auto parts. Donald and Ryan helped us with our windshield wipers for my husband's Ford Fusion. No easy task to install. But they were both patient and professional. They are definitely assets to your establishment. We will return for our next auto part adventure.

The new O'Reilly store on Beach boulevard has excellent workers there. Assistant manager Patrick found the parts that I need it. He was very helpful to me. For all your parts go to O'Reilly Auto parts. There are very special employees there.
