Barry was a great example of what customer service is supposed to be like. He made sure my needs were met and he even came outside and helped me put my wipers on my Jeep. You need more like him. Thanks Barry for a great experience!

Wow, these guys really care and are very very good! Eapecially Logan and Barry! I was down the street at the Jennings VA Bus Mobile clinic with Dr. Sheryl of audiology, volunteering to work here for the day to help the veternans. Which is a solid 1 hour 45 minutes drive. For own reasons we took our car instead of va transport vehicle. All day the car was fine. As we wrapped up at about 3 or 330 pm. the air shut off, the battery symbol illuminated, the engine ran rough. Right there in the hospital parking lot. I thought electrical and Sheryl actually said don't turn it off to look until you get to an auto parts store just in case.... I THOUGHT WOW, YOU'RE RIGHT! So we did and it completely died right in O'Reilly's parking lot space. It was the alternator! Not only did these guys

Stopped for gas driving from Texas to Florida and noticed a radiator leak in my truck. It was Easter Sunday and I looked up O'Reilly's on my phone. Wouldn't you know it, they were open and had my radiator in stock. I was saved. The staff were very kind and helpful and a few hours later I was back on the road. You know, a little kindness goes a long way. I'll make O'Reilly's my go to from now on.

Stopped here yesterday on a road trip with a cel on they read the code for me and printed a report. With their help i was able to diagnose replace worn out spark plugs and make it home. Thanks guys!!!
