Just purchased a new Jeep Grand Cherokee through our salesman Shane. This was by far the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Shane was knowledgeable, straight forward and very efficient. The whole process was quick and easy. I definitely recommend coming here and will be back for all future purchases.

Everyone was absolutely great. I went to sterling in Jennings and I will return when I’m ready for my next vehicle. Courtney worked very hard to get me exactly what I wanted, I highly recommend her and the entire sales team there. Neil in financing was very kind, professional and courteous. Ordering my weather tech mats with parts was smooth and easy. Billy in the service department even took the time to find out if the new jeeps were giving any problems. This dealership went above and beyond for me and I want to thank them.

Oneilia answered all our questions and was very . accommodating. Everyone we spoke with was very polite and friendly. We were there for 4.5 hours which did not sit well with us and almost caused my husband to walk out but we continued so we could finish up. While sitting with Neil, I felt rushed signing paperwork, couldn’t even tell you what I signed as it was page after page and happened so fast. Other than that, our experience was great. I would suggest more than one finance guy.

Drove 60 miles to look at Jeep Wagoneer and had a weak moment and traded my Ford Explorer ST. (First time in 50 years I purchased outside of my favored Ford brand).
