I want to commend Ben at West 7th, Joplin location on his excellent service, patience, and understanding. My husband was being sarcastic to him and I then jumped my husband for his rudeness. This was first thing on a Monday morning and Ben still went above and beyond, even though the uncomfortable situation, took the time and helped us and saved us another trip for measurements. People that work in customer service do not get paid enough to take the attitude and anger many people like to unleash upon them for no reason. Thank you Ben for your excellent service!!

Great employees. Knowledgeable. They actually seem to want to help unlike the other 7th street store.

I have gone there twice and both times they went above and beyond to help me out. Always courteous and happy to explain.

The West 7th Street location was incredibly helpful about replacing the 12v battery on my 2008 Prius. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and didn't complain or treat me like I knew nothing because of my gender. I will drive across town to use this store again even though it is miles out of my way.

Good service and decent prices. Can get the right part more times then not.
