Was needing caliper mounting bolts for a newer vehicle, knowing they didn't have it. I still tried...low and behold Shelby helped me out. She found a bolt that would work. Came from a whole different vehicle! Yet did the wonders I needed. Thank you Shelby!

The associate here was very helpful, and fixed me up with the part that I needed and got me on my way.

Since when was oriellys private bathrooms ive been using the restrooms at different oreillys and i come here and they said i couldnt use it even if i bought anything im very displeased

Worst O'Reilly experience I've ever had and I'm a commercial account holder... My wife , 4yr old son and I walked in and she wanted to buy paint for a motor we are building for her. I asked the young girl working behind the counter to use the restroom. I was told it's not a public restroom no exceptions.... turned around and left.... went to autozone and won't come back without formal apology... This occurred on Monday June 2nd at 1:30 pm. Will also leave formal complaint with corporate.
