O'Reilly Auto Parts

I moved to Washington just recently near the Castlerock area. I’ve been working on my own vehicles motorcycle motorcycles, rebuild, and rest of mods for 50 years. So an auto parts store is very important to me. I can’t say enough about the staff at the Kelso O’reilly Auto Parts they have been outstanding in every way. Every time I call or go in, they have been on top of it. . I don’t think you could ask for better customer service from anywhere. So thank you everyone that O’reilly Auto Parts Kelso, Washington. It is my opinion that you were all major assets to a rally Auto Parts. Thank you very very much.

My mom and I went to purchase some relays today. We had a hard time pulling them from the car in parking lot. Tomas was more than willing to come help. He pulled out the relays, and was able to find one he had in stock. Tomas gave us information on where to get the other relay (it is a VW, so there was a possibility that he wouldnt have it, so we weren't surprised). He then inserted the new relay and the one we couldn't replace and got us on our way. Tomas gets 10 gold stars for his help and customer service skills!

It sounds like they almost always have the part I need , and if not , they'll have it within twenty four hours

Bought wiper blades the other day, and the counter person installed them for me in moments. 10/10 for service and price!

George from this location is an incredible employee and a HUGE HELP!!! He's saved me twice now and I am extremely grateful. Not only kind and very knowledgeable, he helped me with diagnosing my car issue in minutes and helped fix it up as well as a last minute oil run in a previous trip that saved me and my sibling. Any questions I had were answered and I am just so so so grateful. I cannot express that enough. Thank you George, you're amazing!
