The worker was nice but not helpful. I came in needing help since my headlight was out. The employee said he couldn’t tell me which bulb I needed because he wasn’t allowed to move anything. Then he joked that he could probably change it if he had an hour and some shade. I was planning to go figure out the bulb type and come back to have them install it, but he ended up telling me i’d be better off going to an auto repair shop. I understand some installs can be difficult, but the way it was handled came off like they just didn’t want to deal with it.

They have good prices and price match if you find one cheaper at competing stores. Unfortunately, I had an unpleasant surprise lol (after I walked all the way to their store in the snow no less), that the auto parts the clerk told me that they have in stock wasn't the right one and that he thought he keyed in for a "sohc" when he actually keyed "dohc". I asked him, "Did I actually walk up here for nothing?" he simply answered "yessir you did." 😱😡 Yes he was honest, but the delivery and those three words he used really struck a nerve. I will go to them if other part stores don't have it but I do primarily going to a different part store now. * edit; it's now Thanksgiving and I got here before closing this sign is still on and the doors are locked my truck is overheating thank you O'Reilly'

Awesome staff and as a member of the lgbt community i was floored by tge kindness and politeness the staff showed including using proper pronouns awesome

I went in the store today so I could replace my brake light switch. I had the pleasure of being helped by a very knowledgeable employee named Bryson. In all of my years visiting parts stores, I have never encountered anyone as helpful as he was. The useful information he provided me helped solve my previously unrecognized problem. His customer service skills were also exemplary. This store is definitely my new go to. Thanks for your help Bryson!

Used to install batteries, now they don't. Will be going to Walmart next time. Battery is cheaper and if I am going to do it I might as well save money.
