Website says you repair hydraulic hoses, just bring it in and they will cut to fit and crimp the hose for you. Just called in and that is not the case. False advertisement or specify the stores that only offer this service.

The staff new what part I needed very quickly after looking up in the computer and the transaction was completed very quickly which was greatly appreciated It's just like any other O'Reilly's the staff know what they're doing and you get in and out the stuff you need

Recently my wife I were traveling on highway 101 on our way home from LA to San Jose. When we stopped for a break in King City, our car began to misfire as it idled. It was a Sunday afternoon and there were no mechanics available, anywhere in town. Two very nice young employees at a Quick Stop suggested we go to O’Reilly’s auto parts on Broadway. An employee there ran a scan and found that we had a bad ignition coil and they ordered the part for us. It lwas there in less than an hour. Then, one of the employees Eddie, and a former employee , Art, who just happened to be there, offered to replace the part themselves. Within an hour our car was good as new.
