My Lexus overheated and was brought to Pete’s Auto Repair on Memorial Day. Rosendo and his staff did a great job checking the thermostat, radiator cap and replacing the water pump. Of which Javiar Auto Repair in Carmel took the reins for covering part of the bill for previous work done (so kind!) Happy to report no overheating issues any more! Thank You Rosendo!

Pete’s Auto Repair has been my go-to mechanic for the last 3 years. They are good and honest people, very flexible and really strive to go above & beyond. Rosendo is the best! I’ve never had a business treat me like family before. I’m going to miss them. I hope to find a mechanic just like them at my new residence. If you’re ever in need of an auto repair place you can trust, I would go with Pete’s.

This place is amazing!! 5 star all the way. Honest, knowledgeable, reasonably priced and professional. My daughters car completely died on the freeway just outside of King City, 5 hours from home. We are unfamiliar with the area, as she was just passing through on her way home from college. We had her car towed there and they took the best care of her! It was a Friday afternoon, I was sure she’d be stuck there through the weekend, but Pete’s team diagnosed her car, got parts, did the repair, and had her in the road with daylight to spare. They even checked her tires and filled one that needed air. They even gave her a heads up on few repairs that needed to be done in the near future. I was traveling through and my car started overheating three hours from home. I went to three shops before they were recommended to me. I told them my situation and he said not to worry he’ll take care of me. They stopped working on other things to get me back to my family. I was over a barrel and they didn’t over charge me and took care of me. Really good hearted people.

This auto repair shop did the work and completed it, but not without some issues. They outsourced what they couldn't do to another local auto repair shop despite confirming that they do alignment in-house, unfortunately they charged me extra for that work as well as charged me extra for oil quart without prior authorization or a call. $20 extra is not that of a big deal for a quality work... However, the mechanic who did the oil change also forgot to put back engine guard bolts so the guard was scraping the road on reverse. I had to go back and get that fixed which they did quickly without charge. They did try to blame my previous oil change mechanic for the bolts missing but alas I have driven a bit over 4,000 miles without issue since previous oil change. All is good now, but the shop's
