TC and Bob were absolutely amazing when it came to service and finding the right part. The system relay in the computer was not the one I needed. Even though they were busy, they took the time to find the right one. My daughter was stranded until we could replace this piece. Cannot give them enough praise for their customer service.

Super helpful staff got us everything we needed to replace a power steering pump. They taught us how to use the pulley removal tool and didn't have to do that. They saved me a lot of time. I highly recommend this O'Reilly.

If I could give more stars, I would.The staff is exceptionally friendly. The two employees I have had interactions with the most over my vehicles have been Carleigh and Marshall. They are extremely helpful, super friendly, and eager to provide exceptional customer service. Justin and Wayne are the other employees I have had help from. Super friendly and helpful as well.
