AMAZING customer service, had two separate O’reillys refuse to change my car battery, called this location and Waylon changed my battery in under 10 minutes and helped with other car issues I was experiencing. Went out of his way to help and saved me from a lot of trouble. Best customer service I’ve ever received at any store.
Sent my out-of-town college student there. Called and spoke to Cyril, and he assured me he would help her out. ended up being a bad battery. He replaced it and got her on down the road. Highly recommended. A++++
The guy that helped me went above and beyond. He helped change a part on my car that just took a couple of minutes for free when the mechanic shop was going to charge me $50 to put it on.
