I want to commend Preston Knapp for the exceptional service he provided during today's recent visit. I came in to replace the battery on my Lexus IS 350, which is a newer model with a complex installation. Preston assisted me thoroughly, ensuring the battery was installed correctly with no issues. His professionalism, expertise, and patience made the process seamless and stress-free. Employees like Preston are a true asset to O'Reilly's team, and he deserves recognition for his outstanding work. I strongly recommend he be considered for a credit or promotion.
The short stubby Mexican guy that was very rude no problem we will stop buying batteries from this location we went to AutoZone they treat us with more respect I better manners I take my business there now. Good luck .

Been going to this O'Reilly's for years. All of the employees are knowledgeable, helpful and will try and help you solve an issue.
Not the best customer service. Had to wait for phone call orders for about 10 mins even though we were waiting right there.
