Wow, that was refreshing ! Poor guy was by himself, as the other guy was on a delivery, and he handled everyone great. He lined me up with everything i needed for my complicated project.

I can’t say thank you enough to Austin! He changed out my battery in my jeep which was under the drivers seat and not easy to get to. He never complained and had such a positive attitude. Great employee!! Thank you Austin!

Great knowledge, Employees and Manager went above and beyond to help me. They didn't have to warranty my batteries but they did, I'll make more purchases in the future.

I went in to purchase a battery. One gentleman helped me even though it was right when he got off work. I can’t remember his name. Then “Tom” stepped in and helped me. Tom went above and beyond! He replaced my battery and also educated me on batteries and he answered all of my annoying questions. He was so nice and helpful. Also as an added bonus O’Reillys was about $50 less expensive than the other auto parts store near by. From now on O’Reillys will be our only store.

Came in looking for a singular hose clamp. Upon searching the store I only saw multi packs. I asked the gentleman at the counter if any could be in the back. He without looking or doing anything immediately said No. I called the Parker store. And they told me they did, they checked the Havasu store stock and told me there are 6 clamps available in the size I’m looking for. Called back Havasu and was left on hold for 12 minutes. Called back again and another individual picked up and tried saying they need to order them. Don’t be lazy liars people. I was previously employed at this same store, and know how it works.
