O'Reilly Auto Parts

I was driving from Liberal, and as soon as I got to the bridge going into Lamar, my check engine light came on. I was in a panic because I haven't had my car very long. I pulled into O'Reilly and Kevin was very helpful and courteous. Right before I left, he ran a diagnostic test to give me an idea of what could be wrong. I'm certain that if I hadn't stopped there, my son and I would probably be stuck on the highway. But we made it home safely and I have Kevin to thank. I will definitely continue to buy from them in the future.

I just want to give a huge shout out to the Manager Abby she is awesome she went above and beyond and helped us out and did what I doubt any other manager would do!!! I just want to say thank you for helping us out and fixing our issues with the strut's. If you ever have issues and need assistance she is the one you go to!!!

All of the rivets were gone out of my wheels my front bumper liner underneath we only had two holding it up so I stopped at O’Reillys after driving from at 45 to keep everything from flapping in the wind I go into O’Reillys and I asked him what I need his suggestion my quick fix would be zip ties because otherwise you’re gonna have to buy a whole bunch of these rivets and they’re kind of expensive and we only hold so many cool great wonderful I bought zip ties. It is almost 100° outside. He handed them to me and says this should be enough and I just looked at him like OK so I’m outside sitting on the ground. There’s no shade out front of O’Reillys anywhere. Did he bother to come out and help me no not even once no one….. The reason I stopped at O’Reillys is because they’ve always been help

Need a part but wasn't going to make it by closing time, young lady wait on us to get there after closing time. Had part set out and waiting, was friendly and great service. Without part we would have been stranded in 17 degree weather. Loud shout out to this store, and the young lady who went above and beyond.
