Sawyer Tire (Car-X Tire & Auto)

We took our car here for new tires and to fix an issue that they diagnosed as a bad A arm. The issues started immediately and should have been our red flag to go somewhere else, unfortunately we didn't. They tried to up charge a part $230 more then it cost. We caught that issue and went to the same place that they were going to get it and bought it out right. Then... we had an appointment set that was not honored but we understand things happen. Not counting the part we provide we still paid over $600 for the service of two tires and the installation of the new A arm. We never received communication that the car was ready so we went buy and picked it up after hours since we weren't not notified and the bill was already paid in full. Dakota was great to deal with! Had a blow out on hwy 49 with our camper around 530pm, limped it over to the shop and he knocked out all 4 in no time! Highly recommend

Needed a couple of new tires fast for upcoming trip. Ordered on a Saturday and arrived at noon on Monday and on my way home by 1 then on to Kansas city knowing I will not have tire issues. Very pleased
