All I can say is WOW. Duane was so helpful and kind. He went out of his way to help me source a difficult to find part and even allowed me to leave my car in front of the store until the part came in we exchanged information and i have the upmost trust that Duane not only will make sure my car is as safe as possible but upholds the standards of O'Reilly's as a company

Didn't get the part in when they said it would come in and they never bothered to tell me when it would come in. This left me without a vehicle which will cause me to miss travel to my surgery that I've been waiting 1.5 years for. Clayton on the phone just now at the store said "sorry its not my fault, its the drivers fault."

Was in yesterday to purchase wiper blades and the gentleman was incredibly helpful! He saved me some money and helped put the new blades on. Excellent experience and I will definitely choose them next time I’m in need! Thank you so much!

Friendly helpful staff, O'Reilly's always has what I need and if they don't I haven't had an issue ordering it in!
