I didn't need service from them but they were quick to follow up with my voice mail and provide me resources for companies that would better fit my car needs.

We’ve been using Va’s for several years now, they have always given us excellent, honest, and timely service. It has always been apparent by the way they treat us that they value their customers. They are communicative, straightforward, and understanding about schedules. We’ve used other mechanics in town and wouldn’t go anywhere besides Va’s.

These people are the best people you would hope to encounter if your vehicle needs repair. We limped into Lander and were fortunate enough to have their facility right across from the RV park we were staying in. Though we had to wait for parts to arrive, they kept us informed and even followed up after finishing the repairs. I highly recommend Va's and would certainly use them again, though I hope not to be stranded in Wyoming again. If I am though, I hope I'm near them.

We had some potentially catastrophic car trouble coming over south pass. The team at Vals quickly diagnosed the problem and were able to get it fixed super fast so that we could make it back to pinedale before the storm hit. Great service and great attitude from everyone there. Highly recommend.

Fantastic customer service! My car had troubles coming from out of town, they were able to get me in, diagnosed and all fixed up in a timely matter. Everyone there is so friendly!
