O'Reilly Auto Parts

Not as friendly as the people at the Loretto O'Reilly's. Also tried to sell me a part I needed for $30. Turned out I checked with Loretto store found the actual GM part and only cost me $14. Ain't that a bag of rocks.

So, me and a friend went yesterday (05/30/25) to get a noise listened to and a suggestion and see the codes thrown. Um, I saw an employee that didn't APPEAR to be busy (appearances can be deceiving, but still), so I asked if he could help. He looked at us, rolled his eyes, asked what was wrong. Um, okay. I told him why we were there. He rolled his eyes again (maybe a medical condition? He was twitchy), and asked in the most annoyed voice: "Has it ALWAYS made this noise?" We said no. He stared at the floor (I half expected him to yell?), and grabbed his code reader and pointed at the door. Okay, whatever, maybe he's having a bad day. I've had mixed luck with O'Reilly. I had noticed my endlinks were bent on my sway bar. Luckily, I had a lifetime warranty. Of course, they told me Moog was out of business, and Precision Chasis bought them out. So again, I had to pay additional money for them to represent my "lifetime warranty." I must say the garbage Precision Chasis is producing is horrible. Well, Moog is not out of business, and they haven't been sold. They lied to me. I contacted Moog and had to rebuy the parts I needed through them. Saved me about $30 and saved me from ever using this store again. Staff was friendly, but don't pee in the fan and tell me it's raining. Did I mention I got my parts mailed faster than they could get me the junk parts at a higher price... 2 days, these beautiful things were on my doorste

OTR Driver here. Need assistance with a problem on Sunday. Called around with no luck until O'Reilly to the rescue. Had the part walked me to the part. Thanks fellas.
