Alyssa and hunter where very professional, very knowledgeable about every question I asked . I recommend this O'Reilly's in the entire district. Very nice and friendly folks. The establishment was very clean as well.

They guys at this Oreilleys are great I have bought a TON of parts from them they always do me right. I did a brake pad and rotor brake job and messed up the rotors(likely my fault due to a sticking caliper). They warrantied the rotors and I bought a set of calipers. A lot of other auto parts stores would not have done that.

Helpful and friendly. My check engine light came on and the gentleman scanned it to find out what the code was. He explained to me what the code was and what I needed to do to fix it.

I typically like this auto parts store for the low prices, the good parts, and the access to a business account which gives us some serious and awesome not to mention significant discount and money off the total bill. With that being said, you think that with all the business and the business account which has been open with them for years, you would think they would be nice, helpful, persistent, and detailed but nope, actually most are lazy, incompetent, rude, inpatient, and/or very unprofessional! I hope the boss sees this review and implements some changes so I am able to give a four and maybe even a five star rating next time I visit the auto parts store.
