Online the store advertises that they will assist you with basic installations of their products. When I called to see if they had the battery I need, the man who answered the phone (Pete) was extremely kind and helpful. When I asked if it was true that they would assist me to swap out my battery (like it says online), he told me that they were too short staffed and I could get a work order at the attached VIP store. I understand that and agreed to pick up the battery to bring home and replace with my brothers assistance. The thing that really bothered me was when I arrived to pick up my battery... there were no other customers in the store and two workers at the counter. Just had an awesome experience at OReilly’s in Londonderry, NH. Needed new wiper blades and needed a lot of help figuring out which ones I needed as well as taking off the old ones and putting on the new ones. Mike was extremely helpful and incredibly friendly.
