Usually my go-to place because of the staff. However, my latest experience was less than great. I bought pads and rotors but the pads weren't the right fitment for my vehicle. I took the old parts back as a reference, but the salesman insisted that he gave me the right parts even though they looked totally different. I wasted valuable time going back to the store because the salesman didn't do his job. I ended up going to a competitor who got it right the first time.

O'Reilly's has my business from now on. Their staff, Kaileen especially, is the reason. When my car froze up in their parking lot, I instinctively went in for advice and Kaileen made all the difference in the world. So knowledgeable and helpful, as well as kind and thoughtful. She really knows her stuff. Kudos to O'Reilly's for having Kaileen on staff!

Wouldn't recommend this O'Reilly because it seems no one is trained correctly on ordering parts. I called 11/30 ordered 4 parts for my 2005 Kia Sportage, I was told I needed to come in person to pay for the FREIGHT of one item which was $7. I go inside and the same lady I spoke to over the phone told me to pay in full & was told she informed me incorrectly. The manager walks over and agrees & I'm like fine cancel it I'll go to another O'Reilly's closer to me because now I have to get my card. Anywho fast forward to today 12/3 they said they have my parts. HOW?! If I didn't purchase them and you guys were hounding me on a freight fee and paying for the items BEFORE getting them ordered. I feel like this was unprofessional and wasted my valuable time.
