This location is terrible. Complete disregard for customer service . I ordered a part and was told I didn't have to pay for it until it was picked up. Was told it would be there on the 22nd of July. It got there a day early. They sent it right back claiming they had to because it wasn't paid for up front. No one even called me to tell me it had came in. I called and spoke with a employee named Kelvin. He didn't want to tell me who the store manager was or even let me speak to him telling me there was nothing that he could do and I was gonna have to call corporate but there was nothing they could do and I was just gonna have to wait for it to be ordered again. I called and complained and told them the part could be overnighted or have a rush put on it especially since it wasn't my fault for

They are very professional, they put in my right back signal light for me in which was really great of them. Cause it was late & I couldn't do it. No matter what location I went to they help me. So I always go to O'Reilly when I need something. I give them a 5 Star rating. Thanks to everyone at O'REILLY.

Unfortunately, my car could need less repairs, but fortunately the staff at this location are pleasant to deal with and so it’s never an issue getting what I need to keep my car on the road!

I could use any parts store, but, these guys are awesome!! They always greet you when you hit the door and go that extra miles to take good care of you. I'll always come back for great customer service!!
