Replaced a PCV hose yesterday. My car had started stalling on the highways. We made it to this car shop, and knew what the issue was. The guy was awesome and showed us, how to install it with some help. Our car is working, until we can get repairs done, by the dealership this week. Thank you for your expertise and care!

Was returning a rental tool within the 48 hour time frame and the worker completed the return without tax being returned. I was owed tax. Personnel could not figure out how to give the entire amount back to my card. Had to do partial card and partial cash. Not only was the rental tool not up to the task, too much of my time was wasted standing there to have this issue dealt with. Not going in EVER again. Every time I go to an o dumbies it is a poor experience.

Horrible service. A Guy told my husband to turn off his car, my husband explained that if he did the car wouldn't start. Guy promised him they could get it started, so husband turned car off. Car didn't start& they couldn't get it to either, so therefore car sat there for less than 2 weeks with our#& address on file, told it would be ok. Checked in almost daily was still told would be ok. Went to tell them we'd have it moved on a Friday& they had it towed. HIGHLY DO NOT recommend. Horrible customer service. Was asked to talk to mngmnt, kid in store showed us a paper, did not specify# so husband accidentally called store. The kid walked up to the paper as husband was calling, pointed at it& us& hysterically laughed. Very rude. Mngmnt did nothing about car being towed either, when it was the

I took my car to get my new license plate put on my old car, and they were very great in getting that done, even though it was rather hard to do on my old car. I really appreciated it, as I had no idea what to do.
