I stopped by O’Reilly Auto Parts to get a new battery, and Amber went above and beyond to help me. She greeted me with a smile, was incredibly knowledgeable, and made sure I got exactly what I needed. She even took the time to explain the differences between the options. It’s rare to find someone so friendly, efficient, and genuinely focused on customer care. Thanks to Amber, what could have been a stressful errand turned into a great experience!
