Excellent customer service and friendly care!! These gentlemen went out of their way to help me with changing out a few bulbs for my headlights! It was completely unexpected as I figured I would purchase the parts myself and do when I had time the next day (as the sun had already gone down). First I noticed Corey was very friendly as he helped the customer in front of me and I knew he might be the guy to help me figure out which bulbs I really needed- he was very knowledgeable but what was great was that he got right into it without any hesitation and assured me all would be good. I didn't have to ask, he just offered to look under the hood as he had grabbed the first bulb I needed and worked to put the bulb in. It was tricky and Clarence came out and gave it a try too. Website like others on Google takes forever to pull up. The perfect website or store should have the prices displayed along with product. We should not wait. On this site in particular, you want to see if part will fit, the site causes your keyboard to pull up if you are using your phone. This and other auto part places should tweet their sites to fit cellular devices. This is why people go to discount stores like Walmart or Target. You are losing customers. These pages don't work for me.

Buyer beware I purchases a gearbox for a 1997 Ford super duty in October 2025 put the gearbox on the truck thinking everything was all right When I turn to the right The wheels went off i than took the gearbox back off, And returned it for a Refund I decided not to get another gearbox from O’Reilly’s after that experience.

Came here today to purchase an alternator, while waiting for my mechanic to show up to the store with my old one I decided to wait inside where it was COLD while waiting I over heard GENSIS behind the counter speaking in Spanish to someone who walked in the store about 10 minutes after I did ( wasn’t sure if he worked there or not ) but the young lady proceeds to call me a la Morena saying” the dark skin one over there “ I’m guessing miss GENSIS thought I wouldn’t be able to pick up on what she was saying but it was very offensive for her to be speaking about me in a WHOLE different language ..
