O'Reilly Auto Parts

I'd bought a set of 3 windshield wipers for my 2016 Subaru Crosstrek, but couldn't get them to fit, even w the help of YT! So I figured I'd bought the wrong item. I went into O'Reilly's last week, asked one of the guys to help me buy the CORRECT wiper replacements. They were happy to help, but first, suggested they try to install the wipers I'd gotten off Amazon, in case they were the right ones. THEY WERE. Two minutes later, I had ALL THREE windshield wipers installed by the awesome guys at O'Reilly's, even though I hadn't even purchased the wipers from them! THAT is customer service at its best, and I'll be heading straight to O'Reilly's in the future, vs. ordering off of Amazon. THANKS GUYS!!! I really appreciate your help!

Went in with a big battery terminal issue and stressing but left with confidence cause the staff offered help the problem was fix properly! Bub or bud and? 2nd shift Sunday thanks for being so helpful and taking away a lot stress!

Best Service I've had from a part store I've ever been too. The gentleman was super helpful and gave us tips on how to complete the job. Very very good location to visit I will be returning. Thanks 👍👍
