Tire Rack Distribution Center

I ordered tires from here and had them shipped to a preferred installer from the site. They were shipped to the installer and they received them, but after a couple weeks due to extenuating circumstances I wasn't able to get the tires due to the truck not running. So I never got them from the installer, called and installer had arranged for them to be picked up through tire rack for a refund. And then tire rack claims they never received them but installer said they were picked up. I called customer service and tire rack still refused to give me a refund though I never got the tires or even saw them. Tire rack and installer are the only ones who ever had posession of them and arranged the pick up and the carrier, if they were lost during pickup that is not my fault. To this day

I picked up load of tires for location above on 11/5/2025 with apointment 11/7/2025 7:00 am. As I was heading toward delivery site I called them 11/6/25 9am and 10 am as I wanted to ask 'em if they would be able to unload me 11/6 instead of 11/7 as I could be there 12:30 11/6. The same lady picked up phone 2x and when I asked to talk to receiving she told me: "Someone will be with you shortly" and hanged phone. Because truck stop is at the same exit 2 miles from delivery site I went to Tire Rack and asked 'em directly if they are able to unload me today = 11/6/2025 instead of next morning 11/7 7:00 am. They refused. So next day 11/7 I was there 6:00 am. They started unloading 7:30 am. As I ve been unloaded some other truck show up. Driver came to my door and started conversation with

Easy to purchase. Either by phone or online. Online I received an $80 rebate towards the tires. Shipping ended up being free due to the fact this business pairs with installation providers, installation fees are handled separately. Currently waiting on the tires to get here from being shipped over the holiday weekend. Order tracking was also provided along with warranties for the tires for the next 2 years.

Great experience! This Distribution Center is top notch for customer service. It is located conveniently just off I-95. Parked right at loading door and got loaded in less than 10 minutes and I was on my way!

Don’t count on their warranty or road hazard, it’s a scam, they will not replace your tire(s). I had a blow out exactly two months after installing my tires I called and submitted a claim. The person on the phone accused me of it being my fault at first but then said they would see if they could replace it for me. It’s been a year now since installation and they never did anything for me. I had to get my own new tires. My family’s been using them for years but we’ve never had to use the road hazard until now. You can bet none of us are using them ever again.
