I went to O'reilly's located on buss. 83 just west of Shary road in Mission for seat covers for my car. They had several to choose from in a variety of colors. Once I got home I started to install them right away. Right off, I could tell the seat cover color clashed with the color of the cars interior. I took them back to O'reilly's for a refund, then I realized I had lost the recipient. Turns out the attendent had asked for my phone number when I first purchased them. She was able to retrieve my receipt with my phone number. I was happy I was able to get my money back.

Bobby is the man!! He is the guy to see. Very knowledgeable and always is the best help for whatever you may need. Go and ask for Bobby and you will be well taken care of.

Stopped by this business for a battery test. Raul and the assistant manager angel helped me out. Very professional and honest people. Took their time, helped me out, answered mY questions and explained everything very thoroughly. Good to see people still take pride in helping others and valuing customer service.
