O'Reilly Auto Parts

I went into O’Reilly mid day to grab some things that I needed later in the day, when I heard some guy in a cowboy hat screaming and cussing at the O’Reillys members while I was checking out on the farthest counter from him, I’ve never felt so uncomfortable in a public place. I am never one to put reviews down but this was needed! Either O’Rillys needs to start telling people to get out when they come in and if that was a worker he needs to be fired because that was not okay!

I get no pleasure leaving a negative review but I felt like it was needed. I came in here for the first time, I walk in and an employee with a cane is approaching me, we make eye contact and I wave and say howdy and all he does is stare daggers at me and sits down and ignores me like I just killed his dog or something. That's not really how I'd go about treating my customers considering the amount of competition you have in this town. Needless to say I left immediately. I don't have time to waste on miserable employees and businesses like this. Ya, maybe he was having a bad day or something but we all have problems buddy. Don't take it out on the customers.

As soon as I walked in the door, they were all very courteous, helpful and efficient.

Just wanted to throw out a big ol thank you to the O'Reilly employee that happened to come across our stranded driver at a rest area and help him get his truck jump started. Thanks for being a life saver for a guy out in the middle of nowhere!

I’m telling you right now these guys are amazing, we were almost stranded on our way through this town, the local garage 30 miles back said it would be $1000 or more to get us fixed up but they couldn’t help until Tuesday and here it was Friday. We rolled into this Oreilly auto parts and the manager Jeff was there and his apprentice were there to our rescue, I’m a bit mechanically inclined but didn’t have Ann the tools and supplies to do the job, they got us all the parts we needed, decided to do a thorough job and replace a bit more than what was broke because it was worth it working on this 2005, these guys were right there willing to do what they could to get us back on the road, it was amazing, their boos stopped in too and he was another one of them, couldn’t have been happier with th
