Company policy for O’Rielly Auto Parts is to change your battery for you. I bought a battery there and they said they couldn’t change it out for me. 5 months pregnant with a baby, and I was stranded. A random customer saw my distress and changed my battery for me. District manager said he could give me a discount on my next purchase there. I’ll never step foot in another O’Rielly Auto Parts.
The staff are very helpful and I saved money going with the route they suggested. I would recommend this store to others thank you for the help.
Greg and Rick are awesome!! I got there 15 mins before closing and the guys were still very polite and helpful. The alternator and idler pulley they sold me took care of my problem Thanks again.
Friendly staff and good selection that O'Reilly customers have become accustomed to.
