I have been in the market for a Dodge Grand Caravan for a while. I saw one on Twin Lakes Chrysler Dodge Jeep website in Monticello, IN. Spoke to Sales Rep.Brandy on the phone. She said that she would have to have it sent over from their sister store in IL. but would have it here this afternoon. I met Brandy around 5 pm. The van had just arrived and was full of road salt but the inside was immaculate. I took it for a test drive and while Brandy and Seth looked over my trade-in. They gave me a great deal. We had the paperwork signed while they detailed the van and I was out by 6:30. Wonderful to deal with. Quick and efficient. Will definitely use Twin Lakes Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Monticello IN again when I am ready to trade.

My Suburban has been “nickle n diming” me of late and needing a pickup truck for livestock trailer. I had been looking to replace it, but not much luck where I’d been. Family relative started working at Dodge and wanted me to come in “and look”!!! Surprisingly within an hour or two I was signing papers for a new truck!! Sales team was great!! Kami at Twin Lakes was a delight to work with. She had a calm and sweet demeanor. She was transparent and patient. She took the time to try out the various features in the model we were considering. If she didn’t know the answer she was upfront and admitted she didn’t know but offered to go ask or research to find the answer. She stayed late in the rain to make sure we had our chance to test drive the vehicle. We came a little over an hour to see the vehicle we were interested in. Prior to us coming, I looked up the VIN and plugged it into Kelly Blue Book to make sure the list price fell in the market value range that they listed it at. This dealership was the only one that had the vehicle listed in the market value range out of every chrysler dodge dealership in an hour radius from Koko

Absolutely best dealership I've ever dealt with! I noticed that they had a motorcycle for sale online that I have been looking for. I spoke with Mike in sales, he was outstanding in every way! Not only did he answer every little question I had,but even replied back to me after hours while he was at home! He went above and beyond for me every step of the way! After a couple of weeks (yes weeks) of going back and forth with questions. I made the 11hr drive up there from SC. Every thing was ready to go when I got there.
