The store manager, Kevan is so friendly and helpful. I needed help finding some air filters for my car (and I don't have a very common car) after not being able to find them on the shelf and he checked the back and found them for me. Very polite and kind and made the experience great for me, as I will admit I am not the best when it comes to car stuff. I will definitely be coming back when I need air filters or wiper blades (it's so much cheaper if you just change them yourself!) again.

The only auto parts for me, outstanding personal, experienced and reliable. The Mount Pleasant and Burlington, Iowa stores especially. Thank you!!!!

Parts are always good but the customer service is horrible. The employees are always rude. I purchased one item and the only thing the employee said to me was the price. No hello, no thank you or any words that would resemble customer service. This has happened so many times I will not return to this store.

I am a truck driver just delivering here in town and this O'REILLY location really went above and beyond to take care of me. Thank you!!!!
