I had a particular great experience at this O'Reilly's location. Kendall took care of me and helped me find the tool that I needed for my Audi TT, which was in inventory and not out on the fllor. He also used to work on a lot of similar cars and we chatted for a bit about our experience. It's always great to have a personal and knowledgable contact at the parts store. Thanks again!

Good night O'reilly administration and readers. I will share a little bit of the bad experience I had today in this store. I am a technician and a very frequent customer of 0'reilly for the purchases I make from the workshop and personally also, tonight I asked for a replacement of an oxygen sensor that I bought a while ago and failed, the girl from the store 4687 S 900 E. was very kind and made the replacement but the sensor was only available in this State street store, I went to the store and when I approached the entrance the gentleman in question (Mr. white, tall, black and white hair) I was changing the bag of the boat I politely greeted him and entered the store, there was a person who was with another client so wait for my turn, the gentleman who was outside came in and attended m

I pulled in here to replace headlight. I was at murray location first but they were closing. This location had some sort of car club in the pkglot and cops everywhere. Asked a service rep to assist with headlight and he came popped the hood to tell me it's not something they can do but go to dealer or a mechanic to have tire removed to change out light. But previous agent in Murray said it's possible. 👎🏼🙄

I was extremely impressed by the service I received today by Chris McKinney. He went above and beyond to assist me. I am truly grateful that he took the time to help me change a battery. It seems like a small thing but it was a great impact for me today.
